Valentines Special
Japanese Tea Ceremony is a quiet, intentional moment rooted in presence, respect, and tradition— inspired by the tea ceremony from The Karate Kid Part II. Through simple, guided movements and shared focus, participants slow down, honor the process, and experience how small, deliberate actions can create meaning. This isn’t about the tea itself—it’s about mindfulness, connection, and learning to move with care and purpose.
Almost Ghost Experience is a playful, intimate pottery moment focused on connection rather than the final piece. You and your partner will intertwine hands at the wheel, move with the rhythm of the clay, and embrace the mess as part of the experience. You won’t keep what you create—because the real takeaway is the shared laughter, closeness, and memory of making something fleeting together.
Couples Coffee Mugs is a creative experience where you and your partner personalize two handcrafted mugs using color, pattern, and playful expression. The mugs are pre-made and ready to glaze—all you need is imagination, conversation, and time together. You’ll leave the firing to us and later take home finished mugs that hold not just coffee, but the memory of creating side by side.
Imprinted Vase: Imprinting Pottery is the intentional act of leaving more than a fingerprint in clay—it’s capturing a moment. Whether you kiss the surface, press your hands together around a form, or wrap your arms around a vessel, the clay records the gesture. It becomes a physical imprint of connection—raw, personal, and unrepeatable. Not just pottery, but a memory pressed into earth and fire.
Promise Keeper Ring Holder: Included with this experience is a custom-made Promise Keeper ring holder, created just for you and your partner. You’ll choose your favorite pieces of glass, which will be carefully melted and shaped into a dedicated resting place for your rings. Each holder becomes a lasting symbol of commitment and intention—a reminder of your promises, embedded in the moments you share.

All art tells a story.
Pottery is more than just clay and fire—it is an art form that preserves traditions, sparks creativity, and brings people together.
Glass art and glass fusing share that same spirit, transforming raw materials through heat, patience, and intention.
At Studio 4, our mission is to create not only beautiful pieces, but meaningful, hands-on experiences that connect people through the art of making. Whether you are an artist, an admirer, or someone who simply appreciates handcrafted work, you are part of our journey. We invite you to explore our collections, learn pottery and glass fusing, meet the artists behind the work, and even get your hands a little messy—because the best art is experienced by the one who creates it.
Our Vision: To bring a variety of arts to the Alexandria Area
